Marine Search Associates was formed in 2005.  We are an Executive Search / Recruiting firm specializing in the Marine Industry Nationwide.  Our recruiters were formally trained by the Experts known in the world of recruiting.  We have a passion for this business and our success comes from always making the RIGHT match, not just A match.
