Meet MSA


Marine Search Associates was established in 2005 after recognizing the need for a specialized Recruiting/Executive Search firm focused exclusively on the Marine Industry Nationwide.

Our customers are many of the major OEM’s, Boat Builders and Shipyards who serve the Recreational, Superyacht and Commercial Marine Industry Sectors.  We’ve filled all levels of Administrative to C-level positions with both contingency and retained search models.  Our recruiters have filled positions in Sales, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Human Resources, Administrative, Customer Service and many others.
